Burlingame, California
April 26, 1999
teleSys
Software Inc. announces the development of MACH7-IP
Gateway, a product that supports in-building and on-campus
Wireless Office Service (WOS) systems which work in
conjunction with existing telephone communications
systems (e.g., PBX). Wireless Office Service allows
customers to use their internal 4- or 5-digit PBX
dialing plan on their wireless phones to deliver calls
to both their PBX phones and wireless phones.
MACH7 was
designed to support all WOS controllers currently
available from major network equipment providers.
The MACH7-IP Gateway will provide continuous availability
to the user. teleSys Software will provide upgrades,
24 X 7 support, consulting, installation, and training
services from their home office in Burlingame, California.
Manu Bahl, CEO and Chief Technology Officer of teleSys
Software, anticipates significant benefits for users.
"Our MACH7-IP Gateway will expedite the deployment
of TDMA/WIN globally. It provides standards for the
marketplace that will reduce cost of operations and
increase the number of user services and overall users."
"We fully expect our release of MACH7-IP Gateway
will create a major business opportunity for our company
over the next five years, and will confirm teleSys
Software's position as a major player and supplier
for TDMA/WIN members," says Arlington Glaze,
Chief Operating Officer, teleSys Software.
teleSys Software provides AIN/WIN and SS7-based software
on open platforms for the traditional and next-generation

with existing WOS gateways, including AT&T Wireless
Services.
