Bobby
Bahl - Chairman and CEO
Bobby has been the CEO at teleSys since 1998. He is
responsible for general management and setting the
strategic direction for the company. Bobby has over
twenty years of management experience in the telecommunications
industry. He was part of the management team at ITI,
a start up company that was later acquired by Tandem
Computers. As a recognized expert in switching and
signaling, Bobby led the development, implementation
and maintenance of the first SS7 network in the world.
While at Sprint, he also managed the development and
implementation of Equal Access, the first long distance
network in the nation to do so. Bobby holds a patent
for the Broadband Telecommunications System (first
Softswitch).
Ed
Lee - VP of Finance and CFO
Ed joined teleSys as CFO in 1998. He is responsible for all financial
functions including treasury, planning, investments, legal, and human
resources. Ed is a CPA with over twenty years of financial and technology
management experience. His most recent position was managing the
business and financial affairs for Sprint’s Research and Development (R&D)
Laboratory. Ed was responsible for all financial, business, and administrative
aspects of the R&D Lab including budgeting and project accounting, systems
acquisition and installation, and human resources and LAN administration.
He was part of the management team that built and established the lab.
Ed was a part of the accounting team to implement Sprint’s first automated
accounts payable system, as well as its first integrated general ledger system.
Prior to joining Sprint, Ed managed audit engagements for Deloitte & Touche,
specializing in SEC reporting.
George
Freeborn - VP of Sales and Business Development
George joined teleSys in December of 2002. He is responsible
for developing new strategic partners for teleSys
product and services worldwide. George has been in
the Computer / telecommunications industry for over
19 years, holding sales and management positions at
such companies as Sun Microsystems, Netscreen Technologies,
Arete’ Systems, and BusinessLand. George brings
to teleSys a proven ability to create new businesses
around emerging technologies, account management process,
as well as his own commitment to customer satisfaction.
Dhananjay Joshi - VP of Engineering
Dhananjay joined teleSys as VP of Engineering. He
is responsible for the overall development of teleSys
Software's products. Dhananjay's experience and responsibilities
also include project requirements, architecture design,
process control and project tracking of our products.
Prior to joining teleSys, Dhananjay was with River
Run Software Group in India as Project Development
Manager for eight years. He was responsible for overseeing
the design, coding and testing of their products.
Dhananjay holds a Post Graduate Degree in Computer
Science from I.I.T. Delhi.
