software provides several solution options for SS7
signaling which includes the following:
Entry-level Solution
MACH7-Performance
MACH7-Performance, the stack-on-a-card solution from
MACH7 product family of teleSys Software, Inc, addresses
the need of the Application developers and System
Integrators with a high density, highly advanced connectivity
subsystem for SS7 signaling on a Single Board. It
sets the standard for high-performance and functionality
as the industry’s most advanced T1/E1/J1 controller
for cPCI-based computer telephony solution.
Critical
to any telecom system is the ability to "hot
swap" its board level components. The MACH7-Performance
fully complies with basic, full, and HA hot-swap support
through PICMG 2.1, Rev 2 HA Hot-Swap compliance. It
also complies with PICMG 2.16 required for CompactPCI®
Packet Switch Backplane.
When
deployed in duplex configuration, this Stack-on-a-card
solution enables highly-available solution using MACH7-HA
framework, which guarantees no single point of failure
with full synchronization of calls and transactions
in Active-Active mode with 5-nines (99.999%) reliability.

Mid-Range
Solution
MACH7-HA
The
MACH7-HA is a high availability platform for network
equipment providers, application developers, system
integrators and service providers. The architecture
incorporates teleSys’s platform independent distributed
SS7 algorithm, allowing processing of signaling traffic
via all available SS7 links connected to the platform.
MACH7-HA
balances the traffic across SS7 Stacks on two physical
computers in the system; software run as “Active-Active”
mode on the two servers. Utilizing the MACH7-HA ,
traffic can flow over available resources in the network
and will be instantaneously re-routed in the event
of an outage, and thus guarantees no Single Point
of Failure and complete redundancy.
This
product can also be deployed in non-redundant simplex
configuration.

High-end
Solution
MACH7-elite
For high-end solution option,
the MACH7-elite Platform provides a distributed highly
available reliable solution with greater flexibility
and scalability in respect to both capacity and throughput.
The architecture incorporates teleSys’s platform independent
distributed SS7 algorithm that allows processing of
signaling traffic via all available SS7 links. The
network traffic is handled across SS7 Stacks within
the distributed architecture and the software run
as “In-Service/Ready” Active-Active mode.
Based on well-proven SS7 interface and highly available
framework which has been tested and deployed throughout
the globe, MACH7-elite virtually eliminates lost network
messages with no Single-point-of-failure and brings
more than 99.999% (5 nines) transport service availability
to the network elements.
